I know I will sound like a stalker, but after looking at your page, you seem like a nice person so I will give you a critique. I am sorry if I come off as harsh at all here :C that's not my intention, but.

First, it's nice to see someone who does traditional art and who isn't afraid to use many poses and draw hands. I applaud you for all that because that is how you improve :D

Having said all of that XD I think you do need some more practice with anatomy and shading. Your anatomy is not too bad from what I can tell though I'm still learning it myself but the arms here are definitely too long. The tip of the hands should end half-way through the top portion of the legs...I would suggest using reference pictures to help you draw...here are some tutorials you may find useful :D ([link] [link] [link].
The shading I say because you didn't use any here. These are all flat colours. I know t could be scary to try shading especially if that is a pencil line under the colours >.>...but if you don't try then you won't improve. Just like with drawing hands :) You are drawing the hands and so you will improve at drawing them, :D if you shade you will improve at shading. One tip I would recommend though for the shading is to buy some inking pens. Use them to outline your figure before you colour and once it's dry, erase the pencil marks. You will have an outline that is stable and you won't have to worry about smudging it :D
Overall keep it up :3 You have a solid starting point and with practice you will get as good as you want to be. :D
